We have 4 preschool and afterschool centers in Dublin 2 and 4 areas.
EcoKidz Scoil Chaitriona
Tir na nOg runs the Admission’s Class/Montessori School in Scoil Chaitriona, 59, Lr. Baggot St where children can avail of our free ECCE scheme 9am to 12 noon. We provide an all-day service for pre-school children from the age of 3 years. We run the national curriculum using Aistear and Síolta frameworks in our preschool setting and then run an exciting and engaging program of After School activities after 1pm.
The After School service runs until 6pm Monday to Friday.
EcoKidz Sportsco
Our full-time childcare runs from 8:30 am to 6 pm daily.
We cater for children aged 2.5 to 5 years in the morning.
We also run an after-school club until 6 pm daily and offer free collection from local schools.
We are located in a modern facility at Sportsco Club Ringsend, which was custom built and includes child-sized bathroom facilities and wash hand basins, so there’s no need for high steps for toilet training and hand washing.
The classroom environment is set up to allow for individualised and self-explorative learning, which stimulates, fosters, and nurtures the love for learning that will continue throughout life.
Our highly trained teachers observe the children in this environment and introduce them to developmentally challenging activities in practical life skills, sensorial, language, mathematics, cultural studies, and social activities. All of our staff are fully vetted and qualified.
We have daily access to the fantastic sports gym for recreation periods, which allows your child to get plenty of exercise all year round, and our secure outdoor play area ensures they also get plenty of fresh air in a safe and supervised environment. The outdoor area is filled with age-appropriate ride-on toys, slides and garden planters
EcoKidz Le Petit jardin Montesori
We offer the ECCE scheme to children who qualify. Our opening hours are 8.30 to 12 p.m., at a cost of €100 per month (with ECCE subsidy) or €400 (without ECCE subsidy).
Our school is located in the heart of Sandymount Village, where there is ample parking. Our Montessori School caters for children aged three to five years in a homely and personal learning environment.
Our main goals for children aged three to five are:
To help them work independently
To take care of their needs
To develop a good self-image
Children are free to roam the room and are not confined to desks, and there are no time constraints on how long a child works on a chosen activity. A wide selection of materials and activities nourish self-confidence, etc The classroom includes areas of practical life, sensory exercises, mathematics, and language development. We do art and crafts classes; music and drama are integrated into the classroom activities.
We also have a very safe and secure back garden area where children get fresh air every day and involve themselves in outdoor play activities.
EcoKidz Park Avenue Preschool/Montessori
Park Avenue Pre-School/Montessori is situated in the beautiful grounds of Railway Union Sports club.
We cater for children from 2.5 years to 4 years. We run two sessions from 8.45am to 12.15am Monday to Friday. All our staff are highly qualified with a minimum of Fetac Level 5 childcare. We have created a warm, caring environment in which your child will develop at his/her own pace. Children can enjoy our different areas of interest including our practical life, sensorial, mathematics and geography and culture area.
We offer ECCE or private places 5 mornings a week. You will need to bring nappies and wipes (in a plastic box with name tag), a healthy packed lunch, an overall for arts and crafts.
We run a summer camp throughout July and August from 9am to 12 noon daily.
